What dates are available to book my event?

The Meadows Event Center is currently booking dates from January through August. If you have a specific date in mind, please fill out our content form to check for availability.

How do I select my vendors?

We have a pre-approved list of vendors you may select from.

Can we have a photoshoot at The Meadows Event Center?

Yes, please contact us for our hourly rate.

Cost of table linens?

We do not provide linens. You may choose any provider you like and we have great recommendations.

Parking for guests?

We have ample onsite parking for all attendees.

Do you require wedding liability insurance?

No, however, we strongly encourage it and can provide you with contact information so that you can learn more about what it covers.
